So today FI made me a super healthy, very yummy and extremely filling snack.
I'm sure you could swap different flavors and protein powders but basically it was this...
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (mine is chocolate)
The snack was just about 200 calories and 33 grams of protein.
I could have even ate only half as it was really filling and satisfying.
