Okay, while I promised myself I wouldn't go crazy trying to lose weight for my wedding I realized this weekend that the one area I need (& I mean really need) to concentrate on is my back. I tried on my dress this past weekend & was shocked at the amount of fat rolled over the back of my dress & now I need to seriously get rid of it.
So any ideas on how to specifically target my back, I usually do 30 mins of aerobic exercise 5 days a wk but could add in some weight training as well?
