Hey, has anyone here tried Jenny Craig? What did you think about it? I am thinking about trying it because I want to lose weight both for the wedding/HM (which is in July) and just to be healthy. www.sparkpeople.com), but I need some extra help because I have cercumstances that make it hard to lose weight such as depression (and all the meds I have to take for that) thyroid problems,, etc. I looked at the program and it looks good. I really like that there are individual consultations and personalized diet plans. Anyone had any experiences with it?
