Good morning everyone! This weekend seemed to go by faster than usual...
S- apple with natural pb (just made the switch, it's... interesting) and a drizzle of honey
S- baby carrots and hummus
B- oatmeal with flax, strawberries, peaches, and soymilk; green tea
L- beef stew
D- tuna on whole wheat
S- clementines and homemade granola bar
E- already got in a great workout today! the usual arms and abs, and I added in some legwork for the first time in forever. Nothing much, just some squats and lunges, but it's a start.
