Getting in Shape

Eliminating "white" foods?

Morning all!

So Lent is starting this coming Wednesday and in past years I've given up flour - that was really hard because it's in so many things but I did it!

This year I'm thinking of giving up white (read processed, refined foods) but I'm a little unclear as to everything this means.  I know enriched flours and white sugar definitely fall into this category but what else?...
