So I went wedding dress shopping yesterday and got a big dose of reality on how my arms have become major flab! I used to be an athlete in HS and had great, toned arms but they've definitely gone down hill.
I've been doing the normal cardio to try to lose weight, but now I need to start incorporating some strength and conditioning to get my arms toned up.
What are the best exercised to try to firm up my arms a bit? I work out with FI, but I know guys sometimes have to work out differently from girls and I forget all of the exercises I did in high school.
