Morning! I can tell I'm PMS'ing, because I want to eat.everthing. Not good.
B: 1.5 whole wheat english muffins w/ Nutella, PB and a sliced banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: grapefruit sections and string cheese
L: leftover spinach and chickpeas. Surprisingly filling and delicious, probably some leftover quinoa from Tuesday's stirfry too.
S: apple and string cheese (too lazy to dish out yogurt today)

TBD, out with my H, dad and step-mom for belated birthday celebrations.
E: just walking to and from the train station, probably only a few km total.

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
