    B:Honeynut Cheerios w/ milk and a banana (I had a lazy last night, so no OO)
    S: 2 tangerines and a string cheese
    L: brown rice turkey meat loaf, salad greens w/ balsamic vinaigrette
    S: carrot "chips" and hummus
    D: egg sandwiches w/ peameal, salad greens

    E: NROL Fat Loss I A2
    PW: mixed berry protein shake

    B - Less Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Coffee, Banana
    S - WW STring Cheese
    L - Lean Cuisine Spaghetti
    S - Tomatoes, Celery and Peanut Butter
    D - Abesioli

    E - Long Run

    B - One scrambled egg, fat free cheese, canadian bacon, 1 cup chocolate milk
    S - Instant pomegranete green tea
    L - Probably a Lean Cusine, or maybe Saladworks buffalo chicken salad
    S - An apple, or a dark chocolate square, depending on how hungry I am
    D - Spaghetti with turkey meat sauce (SO wasn't home so I didn't make it last night)

    E - 30 minutes on the arc trainer, 30 minutes strength training (legs, glute)

B: WW Waffle with nutella, flax seed, strawberries S: Banana, string cheese L: Healthy Choice Honey Balsamic Chicken that I forgot to eat yesterday S:Special K snack bar D: Grilled chicken, asparagus, brown rice. E: 35 minutes elliptical, strength training (arms, back and upper legs), 1 hour yoga...this combination was an amazing start to my day. PW: Raspberry banana protein smoothie

    B- Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal with almond milk (this is amazing and full of protein and fiber)
    L- Salad (greens, veggies, pine nuts, feta, sundried tomato vinegarette)
    S- Pita chips and hummus
    E- 75 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga
    D- something quick after yoga
