Getting in Shape

when you're sick...

...what do you eat?  I came down with the flu on Friday.  Over the weekend, all I wanted was sweet cereal, string cheese, and potato chips.  Sunday I could stand long enough to throw pork and apples in the crock-pot, so I've been eating that since then. 

I know what I was eating wasn't very healthy, but I had to eat something to get some calories in me.  What do you recommend when you don't have the energy to shop or cook?  Relatively high calorie options are good b/c I don't want to drop any weight.
