Morning. So glad today is my Friday. I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow morning.

B- corn flakes w/ ff milk, banana
S- chobani
L- smart one
S- pretzels
D- smart one
PW- banana protein shake

E- gym after work today, 45 minutes cardio and abs and arms

  • Morning!  I actually slept pretty well last night, woo!

    B: whole wheat english muffin w/ natural pb and sliced banana, coffeeeee
    S: 2 tangerines and a string cheese
    L: leftovers, garlic sausage and a white bean w/ zucchini, tomatoes and potatoes "salad" thing
    S: chip cut carrots and hummus
    D: quinoa stuffed peppers w/ fresh pesto

    E: NROL Fat Loss I B2
    PW: mixed berry protein shake

  • Morning! I keep thinking we're a day ahead of where we are, but I can't wait to sleep in Saturday. lol

    B - 2 fried eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee, banana
    S - WW String Cheese
    L - Leftover Abiesioli (wheat noodles, steak, tomatoes, olive oil, parsley, garlic)
    S - Pear, Dark Chocolate Acai with Blueberry
    D - Chili!! I've been craving chili all week and I'm finally going to have it!

    E - Run, lower body workout
  • Good morning! My dad is gonna be in town today, I'm super excited! And we just happen to have our first softball game, so he'll be able to come! Yay!

    PW: Water (forgot my banana at home, oops!)
    B: Scrambled egg, NF cheese, canadian bacon, chocolate milk
    S: Probably nothing, had a late breakfast
    L: Veggie and pasta soup, oat toast
    S: Apple or yogurt
    D: Thai food with my dad!

    E: 20 min cardio, 25 ST - abs, and softball tonight, so more cardio

  • I felt like I was doing so well. My e-ring started to fit looser, than after FI didn't go shopping yesterday we just decided to make personal pizzas, and I ate the whole thing. so I feel so fat and bloated today, like I just ruined my progress. But I also just got a pedometer, and convienently my average stride is 12" (short legs!) so I am going to watch out for wayyyy more steps daily now.   :]]


    B: Mini muffins again
    S: Yogurt
    L: Black beans w/ natural blue corn chips
    D: Soup and salad, because I am going to do the grocery shopping today ;)
