Took my measurements this morning and in one week of exercising for 5 days and resting for two here are my results:
Bust: no change (not surprised there, I'm pretty busty...)
Waist: down an inch
Hips: down and inch
Arms: down half an inch
Thighs: down an inch
Calves: down an inch
I'm feeling super motivated today and I can't wait for next weeks results
