I lost about 25 pounds over a few months by counting calories and working out some but not a lot.
The past couple of months I've been focusing more on working out and building muscle and my weight has stayed pretty much exactly the same. I know I must be still losing fat becuase I can tell I'm getting stronger, which means I'm building muscle, and if I were building muscle without losing fat I'd weigh more, right???
So I just got accu-measure calipers and a measuring tape to try to track inches/body fat in addition to weight. I tried using them last night but I feel like I'm probably not "doing it right." Does anyone have any good resources that really outline in great detail where exactly you are supposed to do the measurements?
I tried measuring my stomach with the directions that came with the calipers, and according to that I am "lean" which is bull.
Any resources/advice?
