Thursday Accountability

I haven't started this in soo long =)

B- 2 eggs, light english mufifn, 1/2 slice cheese, COFFEE
S- yogurt with grapenuts
L- prob running out for a salad
D- probably a grilled chicken wrap

E- realistically- probably none--lots of errands to run tonight and HOPING to FINISH our invites so they can be signed, sealed, and delivered by Monday.....fingers crossed

  • Almost the weekend!!

    B - 2 multigrain waffles w/ natural PB and SF raspberry preserves
    MS - banana
    L -shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ lettuce, tomato, avocado, laughing cow, cucumber and brown mustard
    AS - string cheese
    D - turkey burger stuffed w/ red and greens peppers & mozzarella, salad w/ LF raspberry vinaegerette

    E - cardio day at the gym and packing for the weekend/cleaning our entire house

    L - sanwhich on sandwhich thin, apple. cucumber slices
    S - greek yogurt
    D - "big" salad

    E - 50 min yoga class, and some sort of cardio (running or eliptical).


  • I got some exercise in last night, but not as much as I would have liked.

    l-chobani, granola, strawberries
    d-whole wheat wrap, cheese, chicken, summer squash, beans, rice, salsa verde
    s-cherries

    e-60 min elliptical, 20 mins abs.

  • Ug, I'm so ready to cut off my legs. They're SO SORE from a ton of walking lunges on Tuesday. And then HIIT yesterday. Whoops :P
    B: oatmeal w/blueberries, coffee & soy milk
    S: prunes & almonds
    L: turkey taco meat leftovers w/ pinto beans & salsa
    D: salmon burgers & veggies
    E: a long walk over lunch to try to stretch out! probably again after work, too.

  • B - multi grain cherrios and fresh blueberries
    S - apple or peach
    L - some kind of a wrap
    D- not sure yet

    E - 20 - 30 mins of weights and running 3 or 4 miles.
  • Calf muscle is 98% better! Woo hoo! I was worried I would be limping today too!

    B - Total ceral with Skim and glass of soy milk
    S - Banana, greek yogurt or protein shake
    L - grilled chicken in a WW wrap with mustard and either a garden salad or carrots & hummus
    S - Apple and plain tuna
    D - Grilled mushrooms, tomato, squash sprinkled with garlic herb feta

    E - 45 minute walk this am - I remembered to stretch this time! Ride my horse tonight and either another walk this evening or movie night with a friend - depending on what happens =)

  • Woo hoo! I have broken my plateu and am now under 200lbs!!!! I'm so excited :)

  • Today is my Friday! 4 day weekend...here I come! :) Now let's just hope I can stay on track....

  • i did horrible yesterday...moving people = pizza.  But  i suppose moving people = calories burned

    B- cereal and coffee
    L- rice with squash and zucchini from my garden!
    D- salad with some kind of protien and humus with pita (not sure abt this meal it depends what i find in my house)

    E- walk home and push ups/sit ups

    Ah, super long weekends.  Today is a complete and utter write off, food wise.  I'm currently eating a bagel and counting down the minutes until it's socially acceptable to crack open a beer.

    I'm not even going to write down my food, but it will entail carbs, burgers, beers and Caesar's.  My exercise will consists of bathroom renos and garden work.

  • B - spinach, feta, egg white and sundried tomato on wheat wrap, black coffee
    S - baby carrots with hummus
    L - low-fat mexican salad with tofu
    S - think thin bites - cookies and cream
    D - I'm embarassed to admit this, but since I have the house to myself tonight, I'm going to try to recreate a vegetarian version of the KFC double down. I saw a recipe online and I have all the ingredients. I checked and it would actually fit into my fat and calories for the day, too.

    E - training session (50 minutes of strength), and probably 30 minutes of walking or jogging.

  • wow, you ladies are putting me to shame :) I just started last week and i'm down 3 lbs already so i'm pretty happy with that. I have decided that i'm not on a diet cuz then i will binge. I know that from yrs of trying to diet. I've made some small changes and it seems to be working really well without making me feel like i'm starving. I swtiched to fat free coffee creamer (i drink like 6 cups a day) and breakfast has become oatmeal or a quaker oats cafe bar (yeah for mocha hazelnut lol). I'm not eating after 9 and trying to eat smaller portions for dinner. I've only worked out once since I made this decision to change things so i know that i need to do that ALOT more if i want in a smaller dress :)
