Thursday Accountability

Almost to the weekend!! Ate way too many chocolate chip cookies last night (but they were soooo good) and feel crappy today...

B - strawberry activia, everything bagel thin w/ 1 tsp Brummel & Brown Spread
L - 1/2 Arnold sandwich thin w/ 4 slices chicken breast, baby spinach, hummus & salsa
S - chocolate raspberry Luna bar
D - spinach lasagna rolls, small salad & 1 T sesame dressing
S - protein shake - chocolate protein powder, frozen banana, 1 c. 1% milk

E - abs + HIIT at lunch, Zumba and shoveling out my car after work
