I don't have much to lose (about 8 lbs), but I keep sabotaging myself. I exercise every day with cardio and weights so that's not the issue. I'll eat well for 4 or 5 days in a row and then I'll just go and completely blow it. I'm not looking for advice because I have lost 25+ lbs in the past, so i know how to lose, I just wanted to vent my frustrations with myself and keep praying for my destructive yo-yo patterns to change. i hope all you other brides are enjoying your engagements and best wishes. thanks for listening.
