Wednesday Accountability

Hi all!

I thought I'd get this one started today (I'm in a different time zone, so it's almost noon here).

B: Babybel cheese, container of cherry tomatoes

L: Baked cod + slice of ham, salad with corn, cucumber, carrots

S: The last Hershey nugget in the office candy bowl (now empty - so it's no longer mocking me. At last!)

D: Going to a conference after work, and there's a buffet dinner - I have no idea what food will be there - there will be wine though, so I'm going to try hard not to go nuts

E: Nothing. Missed yoga yesterday, too - will make a hard comeback tomorrow!

    S- baby carrots
    L- veggie soup, some pretzel crisps and lc cheese
    S- soy nuts
    D- idk yet maybe just a micro meal with extra veggies

    E- 30 day shred dvd
  • Morning! (and good afternoon to your Marina).

    B: Chocolate PB banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: almonds and string cheese
    L: wrap w/ baby spinach, tuna and balsamic reduction
    S: red pepper and hummus
    D: TBD, I still haven't done normal grocery shopping this week.

    E: rest day, and hopefully starting painting the main floor!

  • Morning all!

    B  - homemade iced coffee, bagel thin w/ 1 tbsp 1/3 LF mixed veggie cream cheese
    S - 2 clementines
    L - 3 slices shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ roasted tomato mozzarella LC wedge (yum!), lettuce, tomato and avocado
    S - 9 mini rice cakes
    Pre-D- 1 c. salad w/ 1 tbsp LF lite raspberry ving.
    D - 1/2 chicken parm w/ brown rice and steamed veggies

    E - rest day, but squished some abs and push ups in. My dog bruised my ribs the other night and they feel like hell today so attempting to take it easy and get some errands/wedding-ish/cleaning done after work instead.

    S- banana
    L- 6 inch sub
    S- Greek yogurt
    D- Most likely a salad and maybe soup.

    E- Hitting up the gym for an hour after work!
  • feeling, calm, cool, and collected with 2 days to go...YES!
    B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
    S- some fresh fruit
    L- leftover baked, homade chicken parm that I made last night (had to get my mind off the wedding), also made the sauce from scratch with tomatos from the garden :)
    D- Rehearsal dinner is tonight!!!! woo hooo... probably going to have a salad, and a bit of chicken mozambique (portugese dish).

    E-HIIT


  • B - toffee nut soy latter and egg white, spinach, tomato and feta on whole wheat wrap
    L - salad with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fat-free balsamic dressing
    S - bell peppers and hummus
    D - TBD, possibly black bean enchiladas

    E - 4-5 mile run

  • Starting it slow...
    B - cup oatmeal with splenda and half and half
    L - left over eggplant with oyster sauce (Panda Express chinese food from yesterday's lunch)
    D - cup of pork with sesame dressing on a bowl of pasta
    E - 2 miles, 20 minutes of arms and abs workout, two walk/circles around the office building after lunch

    Tomorrow will be hard...office luncheon
