hey there everyone i'm new to this part of the site and I need advice. I can't do a lot of workouts because of health issues and my main problems are I can't do crunches to tone the abs because of neck problems any advice on what I can do to get a little tone for the abs would be welcome. I've already lost over 50 pounds so there is a lot of extra skin that I want to tone/get rid of in 72 days, especially since my fiance and i are going to be honeymooning in florida and by beaches and i want to look extra nice so help with the legs would be great as well. I also have a strapless dress and need to tone the arms and back as well. Don't really need to loose more weight just need to make what I have look better. HELP!
