SO, the fiance and I joined a gym in hopes of shedding a few pounds for our big day....We've gone several times...TOTALLY don't mind going to the gym...even being there for an hour or more...but what should I be doing? Now I know i should probably just speak with a personal trainer...but we just haven't yet...and I think it'd be hard for me to get comfy with someone like that...SO...i was wondering if anybody had a plan that was working for them...or knew of some sites I could try...I know I wanna work on the arms...the tummy...legs...back fat...alll those things we see so vividly after the real..."sparkle" of trying on dresses has worn off...and reality hits...I've previously lost around 80 pounds...so I feel like I need alot of toning...annny suggestions would be GREAT...thank you soo much ladies!!
