I have completed 7 days of Insanity, today is day 8. The first few days I couldn't walk but it feels worth it. Although I haven't lost any weight. I have changed my eating habits and feel I consume enough of the right calories. Has anyone else experienced this, working out but the weight won't give? I haven't lost inches either...maybe it will all fall off at once?
I am looking for motivation and real workout results....Thanks
