Getting in Shape

Things I ate that I shouldn't have...

- the entire cesar salad...probably should have taken off some of the cheese and croutons 
-four bites of a carne asada quesadilla
- several bites of ice cream

Guilt guilt guilt regret regret regret. 

I was on track until I got home after a long day and munched on the things FI was eating. But I did do the 30 Day Shred this morning, and I walked about 30 minutes. 

Somebody tell me this minor splurge didn't mess up my whole week. Because now I'm worried I won't have lost any weight this week, and that is soo frustrating...
