Getting in Shape

Monday New Members

Good morning!

I've been lurking on this board for awhile, and have decided to jump in. :)  I'm not wanting to lose weight; my goal is overall fitness and improved muscle tone.  I have always been very active, but had a long illness that took me out for about a year.  I'm finally recovered and back in the game!  Slowly.  Running or swimming a few times a week and following the New Rules of Lifting for Women program.
