So like lots of woman, i have a fear of working out in front of other people. i do not like the thought of someone seeing my ass shake on a treadmill and then me proceeding to try and run and pick a wedgy at the same time. other than extreme home workout programs, how can i just get a good workout at home. i dont want to have to buy dungbells and all that. . neighborhood is sketch cause i live in orlando so i dont go running around the neighborhood alot. but realistically how many situps would i have to do a day to really see some progress? and squats? do they really work? etc. help me out people! what do YOU do?
