Good morning! Not really too sure of all my meals today...with 4 days left it is going to be a hectic week, but here goes:
B- light english muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice cheese, coffee
S- Kashi Bar
L- ??? maybe a veggie burger, light bun, cheese
D- mom is bringing over veggie lasagna when she comes to help iron tableclothes tonight....yayyy for not having to cook!
E- definately going to try my hardest to get shoulder and HIIT in....
