Hello everyone! 

I actually have been looking on this board for a few days and posted something earlier, but never did an official introduction.  I am getting married December 4 of this year and I'm looking to lose 10 lbs. by then.  For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to eat better and workout and the scale hasn't budged.  I decided I need to take action and I'm going to combine counting weight watchers points, working out regularly, and becoming a regular member of this board!

    Hello. I'm new also.  My name is Emily and my wedding date is August 28, 2010 so I really need to get on it.  I'd like to loose 15 pounds by then.  I've been trying to eat healthy but the motivation to work out is what gets me and keeps me from goal.  Looking forward to posting here :)
