  • Morning everyone.

    B - Steel cut oats with a cut up banana and skim milk; coffee
    S - apple
    L - Lean Cuisine (thai chicken and rice); pear; green beans
    S - apple
    D - BBQ Chicken and a salad (excited!)

    E - NRL4W and hopefully getting to the gym for cardio if I can get my body to cooperate.  I'm so sore after doing a bunch of yard work yesterday lol

  • Morning!  We didn't get home until late last night, and I'm getting my first vegetable box tomorrow, so I have no idea what's going on this week for food!

    B: honey nut cheerios and a banana, coffeeeeeeee
    S: string cheese and a grapefruit (if I can track down a sharp knife)
    L: turkey meat loaf and some salad greens
    S: probably a yogurt I buy over lunch
    D: ??? you're guess is as good as mine.  eggs?

    E: NROL Fat Loss I A2
    PW: mixed berry protein shake, I think, I'm almost out of chocolate protein powder, and I want to save it for oatmeal.

    B: WW Waffle, with nutella, flax seed and strawberries.
    S: Sring Cheese, banana
    L: Healthy Choice Balsamic chicken I believe?
    S: Special K bar
    D: not sure yet, trying to see if FI will bring me Panera for dinner while I'm at work...if not probably a mediterranean salad.

    E: If I feel up to it after a 13 hour day...maybe 30ds.

    L - Either lean cuisine meal or going out for co-worker's birthday, in which case: salad
    S - grape tomatoes
    D - Grabbing something on the way to the hairdresser =/

    E - None today. Going to be home late after the hair appointment.
  • Good morning everyone! I'm new, but I just introduced myself so I hope it's ok that I post!

    B- Kashi Autumn Harvest cereal with skim milk
    S- Drinking 4C's pomegranete green tea
    L- Probably 2 scrambled eggs, fat free cheese and canadian bacon
    S-Yogurt or an apple
    D-Spaghetti with ground turkey meat sauce, salad
    Des-WW ice cream bar (it's gonna be 75 here today, whoohoo!)

    E-Taking my dogs on an hour and a half walk to the dog park and back
  • Good Morning All!
    I had a bit of a time sticking to my diet this weekend. Good new: Didn't gain any weight back! So I'm gonna try and lose another 4 pounds this week! Have a great Monday!

                     D: Something to do with chicken and broccoli

  • I'm also new... I posted on Friday and I really like this board. I'm a vegetarian, I love to cook and would be happy to share recipes anytime. I hope its ok if I stick around!

    S- Fruit smoothie with protein powder and flaxseed
    L- Vegetable soup
    S- Granny smith apple and decaf green tea
    D- leftover eggplant parmesan and salad or green beans

    E- 45 minutes on the elliptical

  • I'd just like to start off on a positive note here-- I FIT INTO A PAIR OF MY SIZE 6 PANTS THIS MORNING!  haha that shouldn't be so exciting, but it was...

    B-ghettofied mocha latte(coffee w/ hot chocolate packet and splash of skim milk)
    L- Ramen noodles and saltine crackers...not my finest hour :(
    D- Making marinated pork chops, steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes

    E-- x0 I totally skipped my active2 workout this morning. I just couldn't muster up the will power to rearrange the living room, and THEN do a thirty minute routine... I fail.
