After Baby Weight vs Age!

I have about 16 months until my wedding so that SHOULD be enough time to get to my goal weight, but I have age and much left over baby weight working against me! I have always hovered between 118-121 lbs, wearing a size 3....but I just can not seem to get under 148 lbs and I am almost 1 year post partum. I am not a junk food eater and I do not snack or eat late night so I really do not know what else to do other than.....exercise!! Although I am pretty much in motion from the time I get up until the time I go to bed, I just can not fit in an actual 'exercise session'! I did make an attempt to do the 'Insanity' workout, but I just couldn't get to it until 10pm and I couldn't keep up. Any suggestions??
