So here's the skinny. I wake up with enough time to take a shower and get ready. I used to grab some cheerios to snack on o my way to work or school. I was wondering what else could I eat to change it up that doesn't require me cooking it, or isn't fruit (they make me sick to my stomach most of them). I need something that takes less than 2 minutes literally. Any ideas?
