Desk-ercises?

I sit at an office desk all day and am wondering if there are any exercises I can do to help out my stomach area (don't want any flabby belly or love handles going on!) Any ideas to make me NOT look like a freak in front of my co-workers?

  • I sit at a desk also and one thing that I do that is amazing and will help get rid of love handles and scuplt your obliques is this:

    Sit up straight on the edge of your seat.  Reach down to one side keeping your abdominals tight almost until you reach the floor.  Imagine reaching to pick up a pencil that you just dropped.  Tighten your muscles as you reach down and exhale on your way back up.  Repeat on the other side and do each on in groups of 10.  I do these on and off all day when nobody else can see me.

  • Ooo, good idea. I can try to do that went no one sees me, although where I work is all open, so I might need to suck it up and look crazy for a few minutes :)
