Getting in Shape

Turns out I found some motivation after all!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, iIwent home yesterday and popped in my Kim K fit in your jeans by friday DVD. I know, cheesy, by the 30 day shred wont be here until tomorrow, so Im working with what I have. I lasted about 20 min, and then wanted to die. But, baby steps. :)

So far today I have had a small bowl of Special k with a Banana, and a fiber bar. Turkey Sandwhich on Whole Wheat with Spinach for lunch. Apple for Snack.

Yay for Motivation. Cool
