Getting in Shape

I've lurked and maybe posted but I wanted to officially say hello!  I've been working out on and off since last summer, never fit it into my routine.  In December my roommate & I started tracking how often we were working out on a calendar on the fridge, which was nice but still not enough.  January just failed.. and February came and was fabulous!  I finally joined the gym (FI had gotten me the membership for xmas per my request) and it's been amazing!  In February (joined the gym on the 8th) I lost 6.5 lbs by going to the gym 4-5 days/week and taking full advantage of all of the classes and the intro with the personal trainer! FI finally got on board too so eating healthier has been much easier and we've been paying very close attention to serving sizes.  I think we've finally found a sustainable lifestyle change and I hope it keeps up.  So yes I wanted to say hello now that I am more confident in my change and happy with how things are going!
