So far I have lost about 10 pounds and really toned up. My wedding is 22 days away and I would love to lose another 5. I have been hitting the gym like crazy 1-2 hours 6 days a week. I toned up my whole body except for my lower stomach. It has never been an issue before, but not matter how much I work out it still appears bloated. Any idea why this is happpeing? I also cut out all salt and sugar.
