  • We had a great weekend with family, but I gorged myself WAY too much and now I just feel gross. Had the worst stomach ache ever last night.

  • Morning!  I'm glad you had fun with the fam this weekend!  We visited BIL and his family this weekend and I twisted my ankle pretty badly.  I've decided against going to urgent care since it seems to be getting a little better each day, but... no working out for a while.

    B: coffee (3) chobani (3)
    S: grapes (0)
    L: leftover lasagna (6?)
    S: pineapple and an apple (0)
    D:  probably more lasagna (12?)

    E:  maybe a really short walk tonight after work because it's so beautiful outside today!

    Today was my 4th week Weigh In..... I lost 5lbs! In total... I've lost 15 lbs :) yayay
    Katie: get urself better! lol

    B: cinnamon bagel flat (3) banana, grapes, strawberries
    L: WW mac & cheese (6) half a sandwich (2) pringles (3)
    S: peach yogurt (1), carrots
    D: Lean Cuisine Pizza thingy: (8) baked potatoe (3) sour cream (1)
    S: ice cream bar (4)

    E: 30min on crossramp, weights

    It's a gorgeous day here in Maryland!! I went outside for a little sun this afternoon, it was amazing! Too bad the rest of this week & next will be colder & rainy!!! UGH!
