Last night we had the PC Blue Menu Bulgur and Quinoa with Chick Peas (
link) as a side with dinner and it was yummy!
It's a Moroccan style dish that I think would work well as a full meal with some sort of Moroccan flavoured meat on top.
It may be a touch high in carbs for some (35g / 200 cal serving) but it's a pretty decent source of protein (7g) for a side dish.
Even Mr. I-don't-like-quinoa enjoyed it.

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
