Getting in Shape

30 Days Left... HELP!!!

Hi ladies!

I have never posted over here but need some help pretty bad!!  I am getting married March 5th- 30 days away!!!!!!   We only set the date in November and have planned the entire wedding in about 3 months.  I just joined the gym about 3 weeks ago and have started really changing my diet at the same time.  I haven't noticed any change on the scale but have noticed that I have lost a few inches around.

I want to vamp up this fitness plan in a healthy way these last few weeks.  No pills or starving or anything.  I work out at least 5 days a week now and am pretty careful about what I eat.  Any suggestions to help me shed a few more pounds and/or tone up a bit quicker??
