Motivation has always been an issue for me. We got engaged in December 2010, and have a February 2012 wedding planned. I kept doing bits and pieces of exercise here and there since then. However, now that my dress is in I can visualize me in the dres and it gets my butt out there! My dress fits great, and is a corset back so I have room to up or down a bit. I have 4 months till my first fitting though and I'm hoping to lose 10-15 more pounds.
So far so good, I've been out running everyday, then doing some pushups and crunches at home. As well as cutting out snacks and chugging my water. I feel great and I'm sleeping better too. I think I can stick with this!
