Getting in Shape

I have less than 8 months to loose weight

I would like to lose about 50 pounds eventually but I know that is unrealistic given the time frame. So I will take any weight loss.

I have always had difficulty loosing weight (thyroid issues). Currently, I have been working out consistently doing differnet things..walking, running, circuit training.

However, I can never get my eating under control. Some days are really good-other days I feel like the bottomless pit.

Any suggestions to stay focused for 8 months?
