Hi ladies!
I'm a student at the moment but i'm also getting married next year, and am starting my diet/workout regime now.
however, being a student it is really quite difficult to buy all the fancy ingrediants for some of the recipes diet programmes give you, and also i'm only cooking for myself.
other than simple salads and low fat soups, i find it really hard to get things which are going to boost my weight loss - does anyone have any ideas to help me out (i'm a bit new to the whole diet world)
