S - WW STring Cheese
L - Lean Cuisine Spaghetti
S - Pear, Grape Tomatoes
D - Not a clue. Maybe pizza. I'm feeling dangerous! lol

E - run, weight training

  • TGIF indeed! I have 10 days left before the final weigh in with a "biggest loser" competition at work. At the last weigh in, I was way ahead, but I think my weight loss has stalled a bit this month. Gotta kick it into high gear in this last week and a half!


    B- Hard boiled egg

    S- half a blueberry bagel w/cream cheese (friday indulgence!)

    L- Chicken satay with stirfried vegetables and a spicy peanut sauce

    D-Edamame hummus with sauteed vegetables and whole wheat pita


    E- None today :( Have to run errands at lunch and FI is playing a concert this evening.

    B- 2 low fat waffles with nutella
    L- whole wheat french toast from IHOP
    D- idk my mom wants to take me out

    E- 30 day shred

    B- Fruit/protein smoothie made by FI
    L- Veggie Sandwich (no mayo no cheese) on whole grain bread
    S- soy nuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds with dried cranberries
    D- Out for sushi (vegetarian for me)

    E- about to hit the elliptical for 45 minutes!

    my wedding is in June so I'm almost at the 2 month mark and kicking it into high gear. ready to look AMAZING on my wedding day AND on the honeymoon!
