Last night I had a work party at a spanish restaurant, where I knew I would be drinking sangria and eating lots of yummy food. Being on WW now, I planned for it all week and saved points. When I was there, I tasted everything I wanted to, and indulged some. But kept my portions and points in mind and did not over-indulge, like I probably would have pre-WW days. That's why WW (or any sensible, moderation-minded diet) is great--you can still have the yummy foods, but you have to stay accountable, so you don't go crazy. Whoo-hoo, proud of myself!
