Getting in Shape

Thanks for Daily Plate recs!

Wow!! I had tried a couple years ago, and not stuck with it. I'm making a better effort to track fitness and food this year though. I just put in my exercise and eating for today so far- it's amazing to see what little changes can help! Thanks to all those who have recommended the website :) I am definitely sticking with it this time!
