Good morning ladies!
I was up at o dark early today and decided to get in a mini workout while FI was in the shower. I have part of my cardio and strength done already, I feel like I have a little more pep in my step this morning than normal. Not sure if this will be a trend though....
B-oatmeal with raisins, coffee with FF dairy free milk
S-chocolate shakeology
L-chicken, brown rice, steamed vegetables with ginger and lime
S-piece of fruit
D-sushi of some sort (going out to dinner)
E-rest of cardio and strength training from this am (cardio is cardio axe from brazil butt lift)
