Okay, my weight loss has stalled. Previous to my current diet plan, I was not eating enough and was advised to increase my calories to 1500. That worked really well. The last 14 lbs just kinda flew off. Now, nothing. I'm fat enough that i need to be burning more than building, I suspect that I've increased my activity to a level that has me pretty much in starvation mode again but for the life of me can't figure out how many calories I should be eating for my activity level since I don't know how many calories the extra activity is burning.
Here's what i've got.
My BMR is 1823.65
I walk for an hour Mon-Sat on an incline of 8 at a speed of about 3.5 mph
I am doing the push-up(on knees) challenge
I am doing the sit-up(crunch) challenge
Any advice?
*My 1500 calorie diet was based off of only doing a 20 minute run MON-WED-FRI and a 30 minute dance video on the alternate days.
*I'm at 233 lbs currently
*I eat a balanced diet according to my doctor. Good fats, carbs, and salts.
*i can't get an appointment with a nutritionist for 3 weeks so any advice would be great. i don't want to wait that long. I need to lost some excess fat.
*I cannot afford a HRM right now
