Getting in Shape

motavation to eat healthy?!?!

I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs before my wedding in Oct.  I work out at least 5 days a week..doing tons of cardio (at least 45 mins a day), take classes at the gym, and do some weight training.  Problem is...is eat like crap!!!!! How do you change what you eat??? I'm a hair stylist, so my hours change on a day to day basis... and don't eat at the same time everyday.  I dont enjoy cooking..so we eat out ALOT.(i'm going to be a horrible wife Frown)   I've been trying to order "healthy" things on the menu...lol but I know it's still not good.

Any suggestions on how to motavate me to eat healthy??? Where do I start??
