Wednesday WW Accountability

Morning Ladies! So I tried to make a casserole last night for hubby to pop in the oven while he was working out/I was at the gym. Well, I guess since I didn't use the 13x9 baking pan it said to use, and used a corning ware crock instead, when I took it  out of the oven after the 30 mins cooking time, the chicken in it hadn't even STARTED to cook! By that time it was 8pm, so we decided on Subway instead. At least we have dinner for tonight!

B: chobani plain (2) granola (6)
L: sandwich (4) veggies and dip (2)
S: pineapple, goldfish pretzels (3)
D: cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole w/ stove top stuffing (8)

E: 45-60 mins cardio - 30 cross trainer/30 treadmill

  • Morning!  I was down 1.6 lbs this week, but probably not anymore since I had mexican with margaritas last night in celebration.  Oh well.  I didn't have any leftovers for lunch, so it's up in the air today.

    B: coffee (3) chobani (4)
    L: probably soup, maybe a roll (10)
    D: pasta with Philly cooking creme, bruschetta tomato topping, chicken and spinach (11)

    Total: 28
    Target: 29

    E: none today since I slept in.

  • hope you ladies are going well. im not really doing WW anymore, but im eating healthy which is a good thing. i cant handle extra things on top of my crazy job right now. hoping to get a new one soon (if im lucky!) and then i can start taking care of myself better!
