I know, I know, I know... but the subject says it all. I actually managed to loose a few pounds by cutting out meat (not why I did it, but it was a plus.) I'm more concerned for my health in general. I was wondering if any one had some advice for sneaking(it doesn't even have to be sneaky, maybe some advice for dressing up) more vegetables into my life. I know my stepmom used to put broccoli in the blender and mix it into spaghetti sauce to trick her kids into eating it. so I may even have to go that route to tricking myself. I would love to hear what some fellow knotties do to keep up on their daily servings. THANK YOU!
