FI and myself have been walking/jogging more regularly and have been watching what we eat. Eating more veggies and less fatty foods. I also have tried to cut out most of the fast food.
I weighed myself yesterday and I am down 0.4 lbs., but my bodyfat went down 1%, which equals out to a loss of 2 lbs. of fat. I am excited! Running is really hard for me (asthma) and I am glad it is paying off.
Just thought I would share. Anyone else have any victory stories from this week?
