    changing my name was actually super easy, yesterday. so glad DH knew which offices were dead in the mornings. Got my ss and dmv done within 45 minutes and then got my bank and work stuff done in the morning as well. Now for all teh credit cards and other things....thats the stuff thats going to take some time.

    Yesterday was okay food-wise, but I was just too tired to work out. :-(  I also need to drink more water, I realize I'm just not drinking enough during the day.

  • Well, I'm new to WW, so here goes.  We have a wellness incentive at work, and to earn the $270 dollars this year they have set a target of BMI < 25 from our last screening.  Anyone with a BMI of 25 or higher has to complete 3 months of WW and meet a target weight loss to earn the incentive.  My BMI was 25.8 when they measured it last fall, so here I am.  We have at-work meetings or the online option.  Online is much like Daily Plate, which I have recently started using, so it doesn't seem that hard (I just have to figure out point equivalents).

  • Morning!  Welcome to the new people!

    Went out last night with DH because he'll be gone for the next 10(ish) days for work starting tomorrow and tonight we need to work on painting the basement.  It was not healthy, but definitely delicious.  On the up side, I actually got up this morning and put in a decent workout.

  • I don't usually post here...but I probably should. :) We are getting married in March. Both my fiance and I are doing WW and doing pretty welll but can always use help. He has lost 109 pounds and I am down 57; just hit 20% gone this week. (Yay!)

    Awesome job! My fiance and I are doing WW together too, and it definitely helps with planning meals and eating out. He's down 44, and I'm down 26. It's definitely easier for me to do it with my fiance than on my own.

  • Hello, all!  I'm waffling about dinner (eating at B.B. King's Blues Club tonight - I posted a thread - & I'm unsure of my plan). 

    Brunch: Special K shake (3)

    all day: water (0)

    Dinner:  That's the question!  I could probably eat a relatively heathful entree there - brisket/sauce on the side or some kind of roast chicken.  Then again, I could do a Lean Cuisine at home & stick to salad at B.B. King's.

  • Tomorrow it will have made my first whole week on Weight Watchers! I really like it so far! I am not going to post what I ate because I have had a horrid double kidney infection and am supposed to have been eating 31 points but have been averaging 19... I feel bad about that but I just cant eat! Does anyone have any suggestions on good food reciepes? For breakfast I have been having their chocolate cmoothies with skim milk and starwberries and a banana!
  • Hey bblouin, I hear you. I am just getting over heatstroke and couldn't eat anything for a couple days. I worried about what that would do to my weight if I wasn't eating all of my Points (we'll see tonight when I weigh in). I just tried to balance it out by eating more high-point items on days when I felt good (but not like fast food or anything, I mean like the Smart Ones pizza, or saltine crackers).

    Good luck with getting better!
