I don't post to this board too regularly, but I have been lurking since starting my diet/work out plan on February 28. Since I started, I have lost 9.6 pounds! I am hoping to hit that magical 10 pound mark tomorrow morning! Wish me luck!!

I've had a couple friends say that the blog is inspiring....I think they're just saying that to be nice. But on the off chance it might help someone here:
