P90X Supplements

Here's the link to the ingredients for P90X Peak Health Formula. They're multivitamins, I think.... are these legit? Or just some crazy stuff?

I'm not a vitamin expert/doctor-but the grand majority of that stuff is either in the vitamin I take now or other "normal" brand vitamins I've taken before.  If you go to CVS or Walgreens and look for an Adult Active (or athlete) vitamin, I think it's mostly the same stuff.

I don't use that but  I do use Shakeology which to me is the healthiest thing out there.  www.shakeology.com/moniluv08.  You can compare the nutrients in that shake with everything else and there is nothing that compares.  I do like the p90x protein bars because they taste really good.
