Hi everyone. So last week I posted an oh woe is me post about my lack of motivation with WW. Well, this last week I got my a$$ in gear. I walked everyday except for Tuesday and Yesterday and tracked everything except for a handful of popcorn. My hard work paid off because I lost 3.2 lbs.! It's amazing how a weight loss program works if you actually follow it! LOL.
Thanks everyone for replying to my post last week. Even though I motivated myself, it was helpful to hear from others. Thanks again!
