AW: Great Weigh-in Last Night!

Hi everyone.  So last week I posted an oh woe is me post about my lack of motivation with WW.  Well, this last week I got my a$$ in gear.  I walked everyday except for Tuesday and Yesterday and tracked everything except for a handful of popcorn.  My hard work paid off because I lost 3.2 lbs.! It's amazing how a weight loss program works if you actually follow it! LOL. 

Thanks everyone for replying to my post last week.  Even though I motivated myself, it was helpful to hear from others.  Thanks again!

  • Wow! this sounds exactly like my week! Last weeke's WW weigh in, I was up 3 obs, because I just didn't care...I ate a ton, and didn't track, went out to eat a lot, and did a whole lot of nothing! This last week, I also got my butt in gear, and walked 1.6 miles (with 2 lb weights on my wrists) 5 days this past week, and watched what I ate...end result? I was down 3.8lbs tonight!!
